3. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, business information). We retain ownership of our platform, templates, and generated code.

4. Domains

Domains registered through us are registered in your name. You may transfer them at any time. Domain registration fees are included in your subscription.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, or to send unsolicited communications.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
